FAQs

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. Many people seek support because they are struggling emotionally, physically, or relationally without having a formal diagnosis.

What if I’ve never done therapy before?

That’s completely okay. Therapy is guided step-by-step, and your first session is focused on helping you feel comfortable and understood.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you are experiencing ongoing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, hypervigilance, relationship difficulties, stress responses, or feeling stuck after difficult experiences, trauma-informed therapy may help.

Will I have to talk about traumatic experiences immediately?

No. Therapy is paced carefully. Emotional safety and trust come first.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Telehealth appointments are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Saturday appointments may be available by agreement.

Do you bulk-bill?

No. I do not offer bulk-billing.

How quickly can I book?

Availability can be viewed online. Early booking is recommended due to limited appointment availability.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

The following fees apply:

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full fee ($250)
