What are Your Consultation Fees?

Fees for 50-minute sessions are $250 per session.

With a referral from your General Practitioner, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Do I Need a Referral?

You do not need a referral from your GP to book an appointment.

However, I recommend consulting with your General Practitioner, as with a valid referral or mental health care plan you may be eligible for a rebates for each session. 

Can I Get Medicare Rebates?

Clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) may receive a rebate of $98.95 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year, to be reviewed after the initial 6 sessions. You can obtain a MHTP by booking a long appointment with your GP and discussing the referral process. 

Do You Bulk-Bill?

No. I do not offer bulk-billing.

Do You Accept WorkSafe Clients?

Yes. I am registered with WorkSafe Victoria and provide psychological services for clients with approved claims.

Do You Accept Third Party Payers?

Please reach out to discuss other forms of third parties payers such as The Orange Door, VET, etc. 

Unfortunately, I do not have the facilities to process private health insurance claims on your behalf. 

Please check with your Private Health insurance providers regarding meeting the requirements for funding of psychological services.

Do You Accept NDIS Clients?

I am currently accepting payments from self-managed and plan managed NDIS clients.

I am not a registered NDIS provider. 

What Happens If I Need to Cancel an Appointment?

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so I can offer your appointment to others.

The following fees apply:

 

  • No show: Full fee ($250)
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full fee ($250)
  • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% fee ($125)
